You will need your credit or debit card details to complete your registration

If you require your Company's Tax Number for invoicing, please include your tax number.

 

There is a time out after 20 minutes so please ensure you complete your registration in one sitting.

 

How To Begin:

To register you will need to create a new user account.

Please remember your password for future logins.

A new account must be created for each individual registration.

The same account CANNOT be used for multiple registrations, as doing so may risk overwriting any previously saved data.

Do you require a letter to assist with your visa application?

Please note an assistance letter will be issued to you once we have received payment. We cannot issue a letter without payment as the Irish embassy requires a financial commitment to the conference in order to issue a visa into Ireland. This letter will only confirm your attendance at the conference. We cannot edit this letter to include any personal details e.g. passport number or date of birth.

Credit Card:
Payment by credit card will be charged straight away. Once payment goes through you will recieve a copy of the invoice and receipt in your confirmation email.

Please note we can only accept Mastercard or Visa Card.

If an error code appears you may be need to contact your bank and authorise the payment if you are registering from outside of Ireland or if your total is an unusually large amount for your account.

Cancellation Policy

The first night deposit will be deducted at the time of the booking. Please note that there is a 30-day cancellation policy.
