Please note that you must complete the registration form by submitting your payment details to successfully create your user account and save your details on our system.

Please be aware that our system does not store details if you exit your registration midway through the form. There is also a time out after 20 minutes so please ensure you complete your registration in one sitting.

To complete the registration process you will require the following:
- Membership number if you are a member of the Infection Prevention Society 
- Student ID if you are registering as a student
- Work address if this is being used as the billing address

How To Begin:
In order to register you will need to create a new user account. Log in details you have used for previous events will not work for IP2022, therefore if this is your first time logging in for IP2022 please create a new account.

Please follow the instructions on the ‘Create a new user account’ tab below to start the registration process, and please make a note of your password for future logins.

 

 

A new account must be made for each individual registration. The same account cannot be used for multiple registrations, as doing so may risk overwriting any previously saved data. If you would like to register as a group, therefore receiving a group invoice, please contact ips@conferencepartners.com

IP2022 Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony will take place at beautiful Art Deco Ballroom at Bournemouth Pavilion. Join us for a three course dinner and wine, with entertainment and an awards presentation ceremony.

Credit Card:
Payment by credit card will be charged straight away. Once payment goes through you will recieve a copy of the invoice and receipt in your confirmation email.

Please note we can only accept Mastercard or Visa Card.

If an error code appears you may be need to contact your bank and authorise the payment. An error code may appear if your total is an unusually large amount for your account.
