Welcome to the registration form for the International Congress of Neuroendocrinology taking place in Glasgow from August 7 - 10 2022 and the Kisspeptin Meeting taking place on August 5th and 6th. 

Please note that you must complete the registration form by submitting your payment details to successfully create your user account and save your details on our system.

You will need the following to complete your registration:

Payment must be made by credit or debit card. Please have you card ready to process payment. 
If you require to pay by bank transfer please email the organising team at ICN22@conferencepartners.com as this payment method is not available through the registration page. A fee of £25.00 will apply to all bank transfers.


Please be aware that our system does not store details if you exit your registration midway through the form. There is also a time out after 20 minutes so please ensure you complete your registration in one sitting.

Registration Options


There are two registration options for this congress. You can either register for the main ICN 2022 congress and have the option to also register for the pre-event meeting Kisspeptin 2022, or register only for Kisspeptin 2022. Registering only for Kisspeptin 2022 will mean you will not have access to the main ICN 2022 congress.

Kisspeptin 2022 will take place at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Glasgow on 5-6 August 2022. This pre-event meeting will be an enjoyable, interactive event, supporting the exchange of new ideas and information, and providing a stimulus for new collaborations to address critical, unresolved issues regarding kisspeptin and its roles in health and disease.

Welcome Reception


The Welcome Reception will take place in the SEC Glasgow on the 7th August 2022, between 7pm and 9pm. Please inidcate below if you will or will not attend. Congress Networking Dinner

 

The ICN 2022 Congress Networking Dinner will take place on Tuesday, August 9th at Dockyard Social. Located on the footprint of one of Glasgow’s world-renowned naval engineering facilities, Dockyard Social occupies a converted West End industrial warehouse. A rotating cast of selected passionate street food vendors provide the biggest and best flavours from around the world.

Just a 10 minute walk from the SEC, the Dockyard Social will provide an opportunity to catch up with your colleagues in an informal setting that gives an authentic taste of fresh, funky Glasgow. A ceilidh band will bring a truly Scottish spirit of fun – bring your dancing shoes!

ICN22 Tours

Half Day Loch Lomond Tour


14:30 You leave the SEC and travel to the shores of Loch Lomond.

15:30 You take a circular boat tour of Loch Lomond from Balloch. You will enjoy views of the magnificent Ben Lomond and pass a number of Loch Lomond's stately homes and castles along the shoreline, and venture out towards Inchmurrin Island, the largest of Loch Lomond's 33 islands and home to the ancient remains of Lennox Castle, which in the 14th century sheltered a fugitive Robert the Bruce before he was to become King of Scotland.

Approx 17:15 You arrive back to the SEC in Glasgow.

Half Day Whisky Tour


13:45 You leave the SEC and travel to Glengoyne Distillery.

14:45 You enjoy a tour of Glengoyne Distillery. You will be taken on the unhurried journey the spirit makes - through the mashtun and washbacks to the swan-necks of the copper pot stills. In the No.1 Warehouse, learn about the difference the wood makes to the spirit and how it deepens and intensifies in colour over the years. And then for the tasting... in the comfort of Burnfoot Lodge, overlooking the beautiful waterfall and glen, you’ll taste 2 whiskies from the Glengoyne Collection, including the award-winning Glengoyne 18 Year Old Highland Single Malt.

Approx. 17:15 You arrive back to the SEC in Glasgow.

From world-renowned heroes to local artists, you’ll hear the stories and inspiration behind each piece whilst learning about how the art scene in Glasgow has developed dramatically over the last decade and beyond.

We cannot issue a letter without payment as the Irish embassy requires a financial commitment to the conference in order to issue a visa into Ireland. This letter will only confirm your attendance at the conference. We cannot edit this letter to include any personal details e.g. passport number or date of birth.
