Welcome to the registration site for the National Conference on Research Ethics, hosted by the Health Research Board (HRB) and National Office for Research Ethics Committees, taking place on 30 November 2023.

The event will take an in-depth look at how and why ethical considerations are embedded in the practices of health research. For full information on the programme and speakers please visit our website.

The conference is currently at full capacity, and a waiting list system is in place for all new registrations. If you wish to join the waiting list please continue with your registration as outlined below. If spots becomes vacant due to cancellation, they will be made available to those on the waiting list in order of when they registered. We will contact you in this case to offer you a place at the event.

Please note that you must complete the registration form by submitting your details to successfully create your user account and save your details on our system. If you require help please email the organising team at hrb@conferencepartners.com. 

Registration for the conference is complimentary.

Registration will take approximately 3-5 minutes to complete. Please be aware that our system does not store details if you exit your registration midway through the form. There is also a time out after 20 minutes so please ensure you complete your registration in one sitting.

How to begin:
In order to register you will need to create a new user account. 

Please note that you will need to create a new account even if you have registered for previous HRB events on this platform, as we do not store account data after an event.

Please follow the instructions on the ‘Create a new user account’ tab below to start the registration process, and please make a note of your password for future logins.

A new account must be made for each individual registration. The same account cannot be used for multiple registrations, as doing so may risk overwriting any previously saved data.
