Please read the following information before proceeding:

  • If you are paying by Purchase Order (PO), please ensure that you have your PO number to hand.
  • All PO's must be raised to: Conference Partners Ltd, 11-13 The Hyde Building, The Park Carrickmines, Dublin 18, Ireland.
  • If you are paying by credit card, make sure you have these details readily available. (Please note that we do not accept American Express)

    Registration types are as follows:

    1. Full Delegate €550.00
    2. Part Delegate €500.00
    3. Day Delegate €150.00 


    1.  Full Delegate - €550
    The full delegate rate includes the following:
    • Two night’s accommodation in Galmont Hotel, Galway Wed 7th and Thu 8th November
      (or the overflow hotel: Harbour Hotel, once the Galmont is full)
    • Access to the conference sessions (Thu 8th and Fri 9th November)
    • Tea/Coffee/Lunch (Thu 8th and Fri 9th November)
    • Social Events 
          o Welcome Reception (Wed 7th November)
          o Gala Dinner (Thu 8th November)

    2.  Part Delegate €500
    The part delegate rate includes the following:
    •  One night’s accommodation in Galmont Hotel Galway Wed 7th or Thu 8th November 
       (or the overflow hotel: Harbour Hotel, once the Galmont is full)
    •  Access to the conference sessions (Thu 8th and Fri 9th November)
    •  Tea/Coffee/Lunch (Thu 8th and Fri 9th November)
    •  Social Events 
          o Welcome Reception (Wed 7th November)
          o Gala Dinner (Thu 8th November)

    3. Day Delegate €150.00
    The day delegate rate includes the following:
    • Access to conference sessions on selected day
    • Tea/Coffee/Lunch on selected day 
    • Social events (additional cost)

    We are committed to protecting the privacy of all personal data you provide us for this event registration, and this includes your visibility on the on-line delegate list.

    The delegate list is published on-line on the first day of the conference and for a period of 30 days after the conclusion of the event.
