Please note that the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie is a public venue and museum, and as such health and safety (COVIS-19) as well as security checks are in place, as per the rules laid down by the French government, for everyone entering the building. These rules apply to repeated entries as well. Please make sure to carry your conference badge visibly on your person at all times. The full conference registration includes:
Access to the Conference Sessions
Access to the Posters
1 (one) Conference Programme and Delegate Bag
Tea, Coffee and Lunch on all 3 conference days
1 (one) ticket to the Conference Dinner on Wednesday evening
Complimentary Wi-Fi
Registration for our conference is free of charge, but still represents costs and efforts, albeit invisible to you as an attendee. No-shows lead to food waste, and in case of over-subscribed sessions, to people missing out on content they are interested in. Please see your registration as a commitment to attend the conference, and let us know immediately should you find yourself unable to join us in Paris, so we can offer your place to someone else.
We will keep the registration open for as long as possible, and we will be flexible with on-site registrations, although these should be the exception. Please register by the deadlines we communicate; you will help us plan the conference as smoothly as possible.
We aim to make our conference as inclusive as possible. The registration form is written to reflect this. At the same time, we remain open to comments and suggestions to improve in this respect.
