How To Begin:
To start the registration process please create a new user account by selecting this tab below and follow the instructions.  Please make a note of your password as you will need this for future logins.

To successfully create your user account and save your details in the system you must complete the registration form by submitting your payment details.  Once your registration is confirmed, you can log back in through your confirmation email and make changes if necessary.  Alternatively you can make changes by logging in via the ‘Sign in with your existing account' tab.

A new account must be made for each individual registration. The same account cannot be used for multiple individual registrations, doing so may risk overwriting any previously saved data.

Payment can only be made by card only. If you require to pay by bank transfer please email ESCP@conferencepartner.com and request a bank transfer registration link. Please note bank transfer is subject to a £25 plus VAT administration fee.

Please be aware that our system does not store details if you exit your registration midway through the form. There is also a time out after 20 minutes so please ensure you complete your registration in one sitting.

Do you require a letter to assist with your visa application?


Please note an assistance letter will be issued to you once we have received payment. We cannot issue a letter without payment as the UK embassy requires a financial commitment to the conference in order to issue a visa into The United Kingdom. This letter will only confirm your attendance at the conference.

We cannot edit this letter to include any personal details e.g. passport number or date of birth.
