Please note that you must complete the registration form by submitting your payment details. Registration fees for DAS 2023 are accepted by CARD only. Exceptions can be made under certain circumstances, if you do need to pay by invoice please email das2023@conferencepartners.com 

Please be aware that our system does not store details if you exit your registration midway through the form. There is also a time out after 20 minutes so please ensure you complete your registration in one sitting.

How To Begin:

In order to register you will need to create a new user account. 

Please follow the instructions on the ‘Create a new user account’ tab below to start the registration process, and please make a note of your password for future logins.

A new account must be made for each individual registration. The same account cannot be used for multiple individual registrations, doing so may risk overwriting any previously saved data.

Additional Information

DAS 2023 invites you to attend either 1 or 2 days of Scientific Congress with the option of also attending our Traditional or eFONA workshops. Early bird rates apply until the 31st of August.

DAS 2023 also accepts LMIC Registration: This is applicable if you reside in a Low or Middle Income country. You will be required to provide evidence of this when registering. This can be in the form of: Employment Document, Evidence of Training, Proof of Address etc.

Please note an assistance letter will be issued to you once we have received payment. We cannot issue a letter without payment as the British embassy requires a financial commitment to the conference in order to issue a visa into the UK. This letter will only confirm your attendance at the conference.

We cannot edit this letter to include any personal details e.g. passport number or date of birth.
