We cannot issue a letter without payment as the UK Embassy requires a financial commitment to the conference in order to issue a visa into Northern Ireland. Gala Dinner
The Conference Dinner will take place at the Titanic Belfast, the world’s largest Titanic Visitor Experience. It is located at the heart of the waterfront Titanic Quarter, the historic site of where the RMS Titanic was designed and built. Delegates will be treated to a sumptuous meal, followed by entertainment which will prove to be a memorable experience for all.

Soccer Blitz
Join us for the annual Soccer Blitz, Helicobacter vs. Campylobacter! This fun event will take place on the 9th of September at Methodist College Belfast.

Delegates can choose to play in the match or come along as a spectator. This event is free to attend but registration is essential.

Terms and Conditions

Registration Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled before 8 July 2019– 100% of the Congress fee is refundable
If cancelled from 8 July to 8 August 2019 – 50% of the Congress fee is refundable
No refunds are payable from 8 AUGUST 2019 onwards

Please note if you pre-register and do not attend the conference you will be charged your participation fee and will be required to settle any outstanding balances.  

Registration Substitution Policy:
Substitutions/replacements can be made at any time and are subject to a £10 administration fee. 

Accommodation Cancellation Policy: 
If cancelled 95 days prior to booking date – a full refund is applicable
If cancelled after 95 days prior to booking date – cancellation fees will apply

In the unlikely case of cancellation of the event, the organisers shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc. Delegates are encouraged to take out travel insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangements.

Payment deadline and conditions:
Full payment must be received before the corresponding registration deadline to benefit from early/pre onsite registration fees. Any registration fees still outstanding two weeks after the close of the early bird deadline will be automatically upgraded to the late registration fee.

Cancellation and refund policy:
All applicable refunds will be made after the conference. 
Bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.
