here RegistrationAny amendments or cancellations by you must be made in writing and emailed to BBTS@conferencepartners.com, one month prior to the meeting – 11 August 2017 whereupon a full refund will be provided. Please note that any cancellations after this date will result in NO REFUND including social tickets, however we will honour a name change.
Payment
Payment of Registration Fees must be made in full prior to the conference.
Full payment can be made by credit card at the time of registering.
Accepted credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and VISA Debit card.
Not accepted: American Express, Switch, Solo or Maestro cards.
A surcharge of 2.95% Fee + VAT is applicable to Card Payments.
We also accept invoice payments via bank account, cheque or credit card and invoices MUST be paid in full prior to the conference.
