Please note that you must complete the registration form by submitting your payment details to successfully create your user account and save your details on our system.

Payment must be made by credit or debit card. Please have your card ready to process payment.
Optionallly, provide your company's tax number & billing address details if you require it on your invoice.

Please be aware that our system does not store details if you exit your registration midway through the form. There is also a time out after 20 minutes so please ensure you complete your registration in one sitting.

If you enter a secondary email, it will be copied into all communication. We recommend this option to those who are using a organisation or university email as their main contact as these emails can sometimes be blocked by high security systems. 

Billing Address

Please use only English alphabet letters in your name and address for your card billing details. If you have other characters in your details please change them to English alphabet (for example: change "ê" into "e", "ñ" into "n" etc.).

If you require your organisation's details on the invoice please fill in the below details. The below details will appear on your invoice. These details cannot be edited once the invoice is issued.

Other Requirements

Do you require a letter to assist with your visa application?

Please note an assistance letter will be issued to you once we have received payment and is subject to approval from the organising committee.

We cannot issue a letter without payment as the Irish embassy requires a financial commitment to the conference in order to issue a visa into Ireland. This letter will only confirm your attendance at the conference. 

We cannot edit this letter to include any personal details e.g. passport number or date of birth.

Credit Card:
Credit card payments will be processed immediately. Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent containing both the invoice and receipt.

Please note we can only accept Mastercard or Visa Card.

If an error code appears you may be need to contact your bank and authorise the payment if you are registering from outside of Ireland or if your total is an unusually large amount for your account.

If you have requested a visa letter, this will be sent for approval to the committee and issued once approved. Please allow up to 5 working days for this to be processed.
