Today’s transportation infrastructural projects are complex, design must take into consideration social, political, environmental factors in order to serve its audiences responsibly and efficiently.
Ensuring seamless flow of information is essential, as multiple stakeholders from engineers and environmentalists to planners and government engage throughout design and construction.
The use of BIM, AI, VR, and other collaborative platforms to enable communication, data sharing and decision-making is becoming ubiquitous.
Conducting this sophisticated orchestra of systems requires creativity and vision.
Using real-world insight we will share how digital tools enable harmony in complex projects. Silos are broken down, and transparency, trust, and communication are supported by shared access to data. Risks are identified early, delays and revisions minimised.
Comprising 200km of metro, four new lines and 68 stations the Grand Paris Express is a transformative urban project to decenter Paris, changing patterns of circulation and connecting peripheral banlieues.
We are proud to welcome our clients from Irish Rail to speak alongside one of the digital engineering managers from the Grand Paris Express project.
They will discuss the indispensable role of collaborative tools in the delivery of efficient, sustainable and resilient transportation infrastructure.
