This site visit will take Delegates to the Ballymun area on the northside of Dublin. This is easily accessible by Dublin Bus routes E2, 19 or 140. This site visit proposes to use stories and Q&A, to examine Affordable Housing. The 2.5-hour workshop is child friendly and explores how and why it is possible and beneficial to provide community led, affordable housing communities in Dublin. It will identify the obstacles and solutions and explain how community led, affordable housing can be scaled in Dublin.
