In the autoimmune session, we will firstly review when and why clinicians should consider genomic testing of patients presenting with thrombocytopenia.  This session will then familiarise the audience with new guidelines for Evans syndrome, exploring best clinical practice through real world cases.  Finally, international expert Professor Bruno Fattizzo will discuss the emergency management of warm AIHA, how to select from an increasing range of third line options and new developments in the field.
