This Vertex-organised medical symposium will provide an update on the impact of haemoglobinopathies on quality of life, highlighting the remaining unmet needs for patients with SCD/TDT. An overview of the current care delivery setting will be provided, with suggestions on how to optimise it. This will be an interactive symposium and participation from the audience is encouraged
