Details
This session is developed in collaboration with UKMS/UKMRA.
Long term projections from quadruplet therapy trials suggest curative potential from myeloma regimens for a proportion of low risk patients. However, high risk myeloma remains a challenging subgroup to treat (30% of newly diagnosed myeloma patients).
In this session we will cover the new IMS 2025 classification, results from the high risk arm of the UK RADAR trial, alternative treatment approaches from the US and monitoring practices for high risk patients to prevent aggressive relapse.
