This session will cover updates on in progress HaemSTAR projects, including from HaemRYNE in Nigeria and be a basis for discussion on how to get involved in future projects. The session will then include a presentation from Dr Gill Lowe on "What do interview panels look for from academic trainees?" - to give insight and perspective on how best to shape and develop academic and funding applications.
